We publish results our clients have approved and that we can stand behind. Four of them are below with the real figures, and beneath those, how we approach each area and the metrics we hold ourselves to.
We built the website, we run the Meta and Instagram advertising, and we write and post the social content ourselves. Every message from every platform lands in one CRM inbox, so an enquiry gets answered whichever way it arrives.
540 enquiries at £2.50 each, and over 300 cars booked in.
A full year of work. We built the website, we handle the SEO, we run the ads and we manage the social alongside it, so the paid side and the organic side pull in the same direction rather than against each other.

What we do for them
Built the website, structured around the booking rather than the brochure.
SEO and local search, so the business gets found by people already looking for tinting and servicing.
Meta and Instagram campaigns running alongside the organic work.
Social media managed for them, with the finished-car content that sells this kind of work.
150+ customers through the door on £913 of ad spend.
Six months of Meta and Instagram campaigns for a car servicing and detailing business, with every enquiry answered through a single inbox. That works out at roughly £6 of advertising per customer through the door.

What we do for them
Meta and Instagram campaigns built around booked jobs rather than reach.
Creative tested continuously, with the versions that stopped working dropped.
Every enquiry routed into one inbox so nothing sat unread.
9 clients signed in the first three months, from search alone.
Three months in, and this one is mostly a search story. We built the website and we handle the SEO, and the enquiries coming through are from people actively looking for a security provider rather than people who happened to see an advert.

What we do for them
Built the website, written for the contracts this business actually wants, from manned guarding to key holding and alarm response.
SEO and local search across the areas they cover, for the searches that bring in direct contracts rather than subcontract work.
Enquiries tracked properly, so we know which searches are producing work.
How we report these: leads and cost per lead come from the campaign reporting over the period shown, and the ad spend figure is what that works out to across the run. Cost per lead is an average over the whole period, so individual months sat above and below it. Where a client has since taken their ad account back in house, the figures are the ones from the period we were running it.
A cheap lead isn't the point. A lead worth having is.
Anybody can drive the cost per lead down. The number that matters is what the lead is worth once it turns into a job. A £2 lead that becomes a £20 sale has cost you time and made you nothing. A £2 lead that becomes a £300 job is a different business entirely, and a £9 lead that becomes a £900 contract is better again.
So we set the target against what a customer is actually worth to you, not against a number that looks good in a report. That's the first thing we work out before we spend anything, and it's the thing we judge the campaign by afterwards.
